The yearly turnover reached 20 to 30 billion yen, and the company was expanding satisfactorily. However, in the last a few years, the ratio of big problems increased. Therefore, they started thinking about implementing internal controls, because J-SOX law came into force as well.

Message from the person in charge

This company wanted to strengthen control of employees.
