The client started a rental office business as their new business by making use of their own idle building. But they didn't have many tenants because of an inconvenient location. So they placed an advertisement on a specialized portal site, and planed various events which were held in their facilities and sent out the news release. However they didn't have many responses.

PRest's solution
We planned to affiliate with business promotion organizations and internship placement services etc, which was to differentiate them from the other facilities. We approached newspaper and magazine media etc as we opened the facility to the entrepreneurs and internship students, and by doing this acquired the news hooks.
Also, we established specialized WEB pages for the visitors who saw the article to be able to collect information directly about this plan.

We thought that we had to let their services and products to have characteristics at first before we started discussing about how to get the media exposure.
